There is, in fact, a new year's resolution that I did not make on New Year's Day or anything like that, but now I'd like to make this resolution. The resolution being that I will never "spout off" again for the rest of my life; that is my resolution. I really hope that this resolution will in fact resolve something. In fact, I'd like to relate to you a little story I just mad up about resolution.
