I have this invisible roommate, you see. Well, he's really not invisible, it's just the fact that I've never seen him before. He is always awake when I'm asleep and he's asleep when ever I'm awake. as a matter of fact I'm beginning to wonder if he really even exists. I assume he lives here with me because I can hear someone moving about in the next room from time to time. Sometimes I find a note that says 'leave $300 for rent' or 'the phone bill is past due'. You see, when I moved into this place, all of the arraignments were done either by mail or by phone or fax so I never got the chance to meet my new roommate face to face. Maybe I'm living with a machine that is programmed to generate notes and bang around ever few hours. When I step back and analyze the whole situation I realize that it really doesn't matter who I fucking live with as long as I have a place to live. ??
