SECTION 1

RECOGNITION OF E.T.I.'S AND THEIR CRAFT

Timely and accurate identification of extraterrestrial beings and alien ships is of the utmost importance and takes the first priority. Your XOME REPRESENTATIVE will assist you with basic recognition skills, but it is the ultimate responsibility of the individual to read and memorize the following general guidelines.

Part A

IDENTIFICATION OF ALIEN ENTITIES

ALIEN TYPE 1: GREYS

Of this type there are several sub-types. All tend to appear greyish in color and for this reason are referred to as "greys."

GREY TYPE A: Also known as Zeta Reticuli from the Zeta Reticuli A,B star system. They function in a mode that is military in nature with a rigidly defined social structure that holds science and "conquering worlds" to be the prime movers. They are normally about 4.5 ft tall with large heads and black "wrap around" eyes. They have limited facial features, slit mouth and no nose to speak of and four digits on each hand. They have evolved beyond the need for reproductive systems or digestive systems and reproduce by cloning. Their genetics are partly based on insectoidal genetics. Their science deals largely with the study of other life forms and genetic engineering. They have had a large part to play in the alteration of human genetics over thousands of years. They are trying to cross breed with humans in order to create a "mixture race" that is better than either. There are two main social classes. One is the more hawkish and is more abrupt, crude and blunt. The more peace loving ones are more refined and capable of a more business-like behavior towards humans, and prefer to use more "diplomatic" behavior to gain control over humans. This type of Grey is referred to as the "Orange" class of Greys. They seem to be emotionless (by human standards) and therefore are seen as cruel in their treatment of human beings. They are able to take human lives without any regard for that individual. They can use certain substances of the human body for their sustenance and therefore appear to be carnivorous in regards to humans. These greys have their best known bases in New Mexico and Nevada in the United States, but are also known to have bases in many countries of the world.

GREY TYPE B: Tall Greys from Orion. Usually about 7 to 8 ft. tall. Reports often exaggerate their height as being 9 to 12 ft. Their facial features are somewhat similar to GREY TYPE A with the exception of the large nose found on type B greys. These greys also have technologies that allow them to perform certain actions that appear "miraculous." These greys are less viscous towards humans than type A greys but are still considered hostile. Their main bases are in the Aleutian Islands.

GREY TYPE C: These are the shortest of the greys and are about 3.5 ft. tall. Their facial features are very similar to the Zeta Reticuli greys and are of the same "root race.". They are just as hostile to humans as the Zeta Rets. They are from the star system Bellatrax.

ALIEN TYPE 2: THE REPTILIANS:

A genetics akin to reptiles, these are highly advanced entities but viewed as being of a negative, hostile or dangerous disposition since they regard humans as a totally inferior race. They perceive us much the way we would perceive a herd of cattle. They are carnivorous in regard to humans. There is a "driven" planetoid or asteroid inhabited by 30 million of these aliens that is to enter our solar system in the mid 90's if the present schedule is kept. They consider earth to be their own ancient outpost and would expect to have complete control of the entire planet upon their return. Their own planet is becoming unable to adequately support life and they need somewhere else to live. These are the aliens who are served by the type A greys.

ALIEN TYPE 3: HUMAN TYPE ALIENS

HUMAN TYPE A: These are of a genetic base similar to humans of earth. They appear of "normal" height (5 to 6ft) and tend to be fair-skinned with blonde hair. These entities have been abducted by the greys or are the offspring of abductees and have been trained by the greys as servants. These entities are totally subservient to the greys.

HUMAN TYPE B: These are aliens of similar genetics to earth humans and also of the humans that serve the greys. These are from the Pleiades and are also of the blonde, fair-skinned appearance. This type is of a genuine highly evolved, spiritual, benevolent variety and have a kinship toward humans and are the only aliens to be truly trusted by earth humans at this time. They had at one time offered to be of assistance to earth leaders in dealing with the alien situation here but were rebuffed and so have taken a kind of "hands off" approach for the time being. These aliens are the forefather race of humankind. These beings are not on earth much due to serious problems in the area of their home.

Part B

IDENTIFICATION OF ALIEN CRAFT

Whether the object is a simple cloud formation or an immense flying saucer of great power, you must be especially aware of your celestial surroundings at all times. Often, a earth originated communications satellite or the bright lights of a commercial aircraft will appear threatening and mysterious. These human made craft can be identified by their obvious movement in a straight line and relatively slow velocity. Most alien craft travel in a speedy and unpredictable manner and often zig-zag about the sky. Do not be alarmed. If you are still unsure what you are seeing, ask your XOME REPRESENTATIVE.

Unusual cloud formations, particularly in the early morning and late evening, have presented many challenges to observers on the ground. The best policy is to hide and wait until dark. When hiding is not possible, get away from the object as quickly as possible, remembering that quick motion will only attract unwanted objects to you. After dark, clouds will not usually emit an unearthly glow and/or sound. If one does, brace and prepare for the unknown. Even the celestial objects humans have lived under for centuries - the moon, Venus and stars - can create the illusion of an alien ship. The latest version of the XOME MAP OF THE HEAVENS will let you know whether what you are seeing is yet another alien ship or simply Venus at full albeido. Contact your nearest XOME REPRESENTATIVE immediately. Direct visual identification of extraterrestrial craft is also possible. Study the various shapes and characteristics of known alien spaceships carefully and commit them to memory. See your XOME REPRESENTATIVE for a complete and up-to-date pictorial representation of known craft. When a ship appears, you may panic but try to remain where you are while preparing for a possible abduction. Forget everything that happens to you or your person for your own protection. After your experience, contact your XOME REPRESENTATIVE. He or she will give you an alibi in the event that the authorities attempt to cite you in accordance with 14 CFR Sec. 1211.102,?@Title 14?@,CHAPTER V, PART 1211. They will try to detain you for having had contact with non-earth beings or objects. The Law defines extraterrestrial exposure, indicates possible detention, or "quarantine" periods and claims jurisdiction as follows:

a. Extraterrestrially exposed means the state or condition of any person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever, who or which has:

1. Touched directly or come within the atmospheric envelope of any other celestial body; or

2. Touched directly or been in close proximity to (or been exposed indirectly to) any person, property, animal or other form of life or matter who or which has been extraterrestrially exposed by virtue of paragraph (a)(1) of this section. For example, if person or thing 'A' touches the surface of the Moon, and on 'A's' return to the Earth, 'B' touches 'A' and, subsequently, 'C' touches 'B,' all of these - 'A' through 'C' inclusive - would be extraterrestrially exposed ('A' and 'B' directly; 'C' indirectly).

b. Quarantine means the detention, examination and decontamination of any person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever that is extraterrestrially exposed, and includes the apprehension or seizure of such person, property, animal or other form of life or matter whatever.

c. Quarantine period means a period of consecutive calendar days as may be established in accordance with Sec. 1211.104(a).

d. United States means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and any other territory or possession of the United States, and in a territorial sense all places and waters subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Persons residing outside of the above areas may be subject to local and national laws. Check with your local legislator.

SECTION 2

ALIEN AVOIDANCE

XOME suggests that individuals should take precautions in regard to protecting themselves in the following manner:

Part A

This part is in particular reference to the effects of an alien installed monitoring device and methods extraterrestrial beings use to select human beings. Be forewarned that aliens use tiny electronic monitoring devices to manage the humans they have abducted in the past. The person with an implant may notice some strange, symmetrical patterns or scars on their body; especially the back of the neck, ear and lower head area where the device was inserted. In many cases, but not all, these scars are the result of an alien operation. Contact your XOME REPRESENTATIVE immediately at the realization of the existence of any scars for proper extraction and disposal of such monitoring devices. How do the aliens select people whom they abduct? Research indicates that they select these individuals from vibrations in the brainwave pattern that they seek for their particular interest or needs; that the selection of a particular human may vary from time to time and depending on what their purposes are, they may select a person at one time which they would have overlooked at a different time. Never assume that you are 100% safe.

1. It is possible to avoid those brainwave patterns that aliens would seek in their selection process by becoming aware and alert of your surroundings.

2. The least likely person an alien would seek would be one whose brainwave pattern indicates a socially strong individualistic person. When you have a strong identification, knowing who in fact you really are, without much fear and without being easily swayed or easily influenced, you are less likely to become a candidate for abduction. The more vulnerable and easily influenced you are, the more gullible you are, the more naive you are and the more distraught your thinking may be, the more you will tend to fit into the types of candidates that are usually abducted. Having a strong will also is a negative for aliens in regard to abduction.

3. Aliens do not, if they are involved in wishing to use glandular substances or eat the abductee, they do not like the effects of chocolate, coffee, cigarettes, or sugar or other types of addictive type foods and drugs in the system. They prefer more pure persons without toxins. This might be argued as a plus for these vices.

4. Your XOME REPRESENTATIVE strongly recommends that individuals that are exploring the realm of alien contact avoid the following areas or situations in order to avoid potential abduction:

a. Harmless areas with harmless beings present (homes)

b. Harmful areas with no harmless beings present (fields, farmland, forests, abandoned buildings)

c. Harmful areas with harmful beings present (cities, schools, offices, hospitals, oceans, subways)

No presently known existing area or situation falls completely within our safety guidelines. One may achieve a marginal degree of security by doing one or more of the following:

a. Remain in a state of constant alert as outlined in Section 1 above.

b. Contact your nearest XOME REPRESENTATIVE for details or more information.

c. Locate a safe area where alien activity is known to be minimal. Ask your XOME REPRESENTATIVE to assist you in finding such a location.

5. Once you have discovered a suitable, safe location , you must attempt to stay in that area at all times. When you feel that must leave to perform a task or run an errand, ask yourself:

a. Is this task or errand truly necessary?

b. If so, can I hire another individual to perform this task?

c. If not, did I answer the first question correctly?

If, while outside your safe area, you do encounter unusual activity, it is better to err on the side of caution and consider such activities as some sort of alien threat. Witnessing or participating in unusual activities often results in abduction. React to such abduction according to the guidelines set forth in the next section. *(Note: All individuals who come into contact with extraterrestrial beings as a result of leaving their designated safe area automatically invalidate this contract and denounce all rights set forth in this contract, implied or otherwise).

SECTION 3

YOU AND ALIEN DEFENSE

It appears to be in the nature of human beings to use violence and/or weapons to protect themselves. Whether weapons such as guns, stones or bare hands are used, the results are often messy as well as unpredictable. Very few weapons, however, have been found effective against alien ships and their occupants. Any attempt to harm such vehicles or humanoids will only worsen the situation, quickly resulting in abduction and experimentation that is both embarrassing and time-consuming.

STANDARD DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY

THE ROLE OF YOUR XOME REPRESENTATIVE

Your local XOME REPRESENTATIVE will do all in his or her power to assist an individual in exploring the fascinating world of extraterrestrial existence. He or she will also provide information and counseling for the prevention of arbitrary alien abduction. Your XOME REPRESENTATIVE cannot, however, guarantee the protection of one's physical or mental livelihood against an alien entity. We're all dealing with a new and relatively unexplored realm where we are ALL stand some risk of being abducted and experimented upon by extraterretrial beings. While certain individuals have enjoyed a short term ride with the aliens in their craft, others have been brutally cut into small cubes by laser-type devices, sexually abused, probed, poked and even humiliated by aliens.

Your XOME REPRESENTATIVE therefore requires your consent to release him or her from any legal, social or moral responsibility regarding trouble that might happen to occur by purposefully signaling alien beings to visit.

OFFICIAL RELEASE

I understand the risk I am venturing into and hereby release my assigned XOME REPRESENTATIVE from any legal, moral, or social responsibility in the event that I am abducted by any alien being whether during the time I am signaling such beings, from this point forward in the future or from this time backwards in the past. I also certify that I have read and understood this document I am about to sign.
